All bridal, party, engagement, and makeup services must be booked in advance. Bookings are confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team. We recommend early booking to ensure availability on your preferred date and time.
To confirm your booking, an advance payment may be required. The remaining amount must be paid on the day of service or as agreed.
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform us in advance. Advance payments are generally non-refundable.
Clients can request to reschedule their booking based on availability. Rescheduling should be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
We use professional and high-quality makeup products to ensure the best results. However, results may vary depending on skin type, weather conditions, and individual preferences.
Clients must cooperate during the makeup process and provide accurate information.
Travel charges may apply for outstation or home services depending on location. Any extra travel or accommodation cost must be paid by the client.
We may take photos or videos of makeup work for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes. If you do not want your photos to be used, please inform us in advance.
